Based in Seoul, South Korea, our company exclusively sources its products directly from the manufacturers or through authorized distributors within Korea, guaranteeing their authenticity and superior quality.

When will my pre-order be shipped?

Pre-order items will be shipped post-release. If you combine an in-stock item with a pre-order in a single order, we will dispatch the entire order together once the pre-order is available.
To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.

Is it possible to select a specific version of an album?

If album versions are available for selection at the time of release, you can also make a choice.
For random products, we strive to pack a variety of album versions as much as possible.

Is it possible to restock sold-out items?

We offer for sale all items available in Korea. Some items may temporarily be out of stock, and there are products that the manufacturer will not re-release once sold out. For specific details, please contact us.

The price of our products matches their domestic (Korean) retail price.

International shipping fees are determined by the weight of the product (in 0.5kg increments) and the destination country.
